FAQ
Do I need a faucet to use the P10 Pro?
No. You can draw clean water from a bucket using the included hose or connect a compatible plastic bottle using the included adapter. You still need to supply the water.
Can it wash an entire vehicle?
It can help with a light vehicle wash when you have enough clean water and suitable car wash products. Its most convenient use is quick rinsing and spot cleanup. Dried-on or heavy dirt may need pre-treatment and gentle agitation.
How long does the battery last?
Up to approximately 66 minutes in shower mode on power setting 1. Runtime varies by spray pattern and power setting.
How do I charge it?
Connect the included USB cable to a suitable 5V/2A power source. Charging takes approximately 3 hours. Charge in a dry location, unplug the cable, and fully close the charging-port cover before use. The washer cannot operate while charging.
Can I use lake water, saltwater, or hot water?
Use clean water at or below 104°F (40°C). Do not use saltwater or water containing algae or other debris that could clog the water path.
Why isn’t water coming out right away?
Make sure the hose intake is submerged and the connections and filters are fitted correctly. Allow a few seconds for air to leave the hose. If no water comes out, do not keep running the unit dry for more than two minutes.
What is the warranty?
